Smaller stocked product orders will be shipped from Maripak USA, Pa 18106 and ship by UPS delivery services. Customers have the option to provide their UPS Account # if they prefer to use their own account and take advantage of their own rates.

Orders over 5 rolls or 200 lbs. in total weight will ship by LTL FREIGHT. Customers have the option to provide their own LTL Freight carrier service. A copy of a 

BOL will be required prior to pick-up / shipment of the product orders.

Full Pallet orders over 2500 lbs. and more in total will ship direct from the factory by LTL FREIGHT.  Full pallet orders deliver freight pre-paid / delivered to the customer's facility.

Defective film is returnable after confirmation and an email providing an RMA # is sent. The following information will be required - Size - Gauge - Item #, and 

Lot Code of the carton or roll tag and images of the damage. If this information is not provided, we cannot provide an RMA #
